Important Information
We do NOT provide beach towels/blankets or any beach equipment. Please bring from home.
Bed linens and bath towels are provided with all units.
Harbor View Village's accommodations, parking facilities and private beach are for REGISTERED GUESTS & OWNERS only. NO DAILY GUESTS OF GUESTS PERMITTED.
Weekly Rentals
"In-Season": Unit #'s 7, 8, 11 and 12 are rented Sunday to Sunday. All other units are rented Saturday to Saturday.
Towels, wash cloths, dish towels, etc. may be exchanged EVERY OTHER DAY
Supply Room open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for guests in efficiencies and cottages to exchange towels, etc.
Additional supplies i.e. soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, vacuums, etc. are also available.
Sheets are changed WEEKLY.
Daily Rentals
Some units are available for stays of less than a full week in the "off-season" only. Please inquire for details.
Reservations
Reservations are accepted on a first come, first-served basis. Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed.
Deposit
A one-third deposit is required within 5 to 7 days of reservation request. Total balance due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit will be refunded, less a $30 Service Charge, if notice is given a full 21 days in advance of arrival date. No refund will be given after check-in for any reason.
