EXTRA PERSONS (Maximum of 2)
In-Season
Each additional adult: $35 per night / $180 per week.
Each additional child (Under the age of 18): $20 per night / $100 per week
Off-Season
$25 per night $125 per week
Reservations
Reservations are accepted on a first come, first-served basis. Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed.
Deposits
A one-third deposit is required within 5 to 7 days of reservation request. Total balance due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit will be refunded, less a $40 Service Charge, if notice is given a full 21 days in advance of arrival date. No refund will be given after check-in for any reason.
